Acceptable Use Policy

1. Purpose

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") governs your use of the AI-powered features in TraciaAI. Our AI features include the AI coach chat, meal parsing, workout parsing, and body composition analysis.

2. Permitted Use

You may use the AI features for:

• Logging and estimating calories and macronutrients of your meals
• Tracking workouts and exercise
• Receiving general fitness and nutrition guidance
• Getting body composition estimates
• Asking questions about nutrition, fitness, and wellness

3. Prohibited Use

You may NOT use the AI features to:

• Seek or generate medical diagnoses or treatment plans
• Replace professional medical, nutritional, or psychological advice
• Generate content that promotes eating disorders, extreme dieting, or self-harm
• Attempt to extract harmful, dangerous, or illegal information
• Circumvent rate limits or subscription restrictions through automated means
• Generate content for commercial purposes or redistribution
• Harass, abuse, or send offensive content through the AI chat
• Test or probe the AI for vulnerabilities or jailbreaks
• Impersonate healthcare professionals or misrepresent AI advice as medical advice
• Use the App to promote or facilitate any form of discrimination
• Upload or transmit any malicious code, viruses, or harmful content

4. AI Content Accuracy

AI-generated content (including calorie estimates, workout suggestions, and coaching advice) is provided for informational purposes only. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any AI-generated content. See our Medical Disclaimer for full details.

5. Content Moderation

We reserve the right to monitor and moderate content submitted through the AI features to ensure compliance with this AUP. The AI is designed to decline requests that violate this policy. If the AI detects potentially harmful content related to eating disorders, self-harm, or medical emergencies, it will provide appropriate referrals to professional resources.

6. Rate Limits

To ensure fair usage, the following limits apply:

• Free users: 10 AI actions per day (expandable via rewarded ads, max 5 per day)
• Free users: 1 body composition analysis per 2 weeks
• Free users: 1 goal change per month
• Pro/Elite users: Unlimited AI actions, body analyses, and goal changes

7. Enforcement

Violation of this AUP may result in warning, suspension, or permanent termination of your account. Hubster S.M.N LTD reserves the right to take any action deemed necessary to enforce this policy.

8. Reporting Violations

If you become aware of any violation of this Acceptable Use Policy by another user, or if you encounter AI-generated content that you believe is harmful or inappropriate, please report it to us at hey@hubst3r.com.
