This Cookie Policy explains how Hubster S.M.N LTD ("we", "us") uses cookies and similar technologies in the TraciaAI mobile application and associated website (when available). This policy complies with the EU ePrivacy Directive (2002/58/EC) and GDPR.

2. What Are Cookies and Similar Technologies

Cookies are small text files stored on your device. In the context of a mobile app, similar technologies include local storage, secure storage (for authentication tokens), and device identifiers used by third-party SDKs.

3. Technologies We Use

3.1 Essential/Strictly Necessary

• Authentication Tokens (JWT): Stored in device Secure Storage to keep you logged in. These are essential for the App to function.
• Language Preference: Stored locally to remember your selected language.
• Timezone: Synced with your device to ensure accurate daily tracking.

Legal basis: Necessary for contract performance. No consent required.

3.2 Functional

• Health Permission State: Remembers whether you granted HealthKit/Health Connect access.
• Onboarding State: Tracks whether you completed the onboarding quiz.

Legal basis: Legitimate interest in providing a functional user experience.

3.3 Advertising (Free Plan Only)

Advertising applies only to free-plan users. Pro and Elite subscribers do not see ads, and no advertising identifiers are used for them.

• Google AdMob SDK: Serves interstitial and rewarded advertisements and may use device advertising identifiers (IDFA on iOS, GAID on Android) to deliver and measure them. Where you have given the required permissions, ads may be personalized; otherwise non-personalized ads are shown.

In the EEA, the UK, and Switzerland, we collect consent for personalized advertising through Google's certified consent-management platform (Google UMP) before any advertising identifier is used; if you decline, only non-personalized ads are served. On iOS, the App also requests App Tracking Transparency permission. You can review or change your advertising-consent choice at any time from the App's Settings, or reset or limit the identifier in your device settings (Limit Ad Tracking on iOS, Opt Out of Ads Personalization on Android).

We do not share your health, nutrition, weight, body, or AI-chat data with AdMob, and none of that data is used to target or measure advertising. Google AdMob acts as an independent advertising provider and processes advertising identifiers under its own privacy policy.

3.4 Push Notifications

• Expo Push Token: A unique device token used to deliver push notifications. Only stored if you grant notification permissions.

3.5 Analytics (Future)

We may in the future implement analytics technologies to understand App usage patterns. If we do, we will update this Cookie Policy and obtain any required consent before collecting such data. Any analytics data will be anonymized and aggregated.

4. Third-Party Technologies

The following third parties may use their own tracking technologies:

• Health data access: Can be revoked in your device settings at any time
